The Education Organization will hold a Seminar on 'Role of Education, Sciences, Culture and Communications in Consolidating Islamic Solidarity' on February 21-22.

The Education Organization with the cooperation of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) and Iranian cultural bodies is to hold the seminar with an aim of identifying challenges ahead of the Islamic world in materializing Islamic solidarity.

Identifying fields of Islamic solidarity in materializing objectives of the Islamic nations based on education, science, culture and communications as well as role of education in providing the new generation of Muslim communities with Islamic unity, and formulation of scientific and theoretical frameworks in this respect are among other goals in holding the seminar.

The main axes of the seminar have been announced the study of fields, strategies as well as educational, scientific and cultural performances of state-run institutes in the Islamic world and their impacts on solidarity among Muslim nations.

The role of educational programs, concepts and courses as well as the impacts of religious institutes and scientific engineering in Islamic solidarity will be studied during the seminar.
